Megan Lankford

       The work place is often more productive, efficient and enjoyable when collaboration is embraced. Andrew Carnigie, a successful railroad developer, reflects on the necessity of teamwork. "Teamwork is the ability to work together toward a common vision. The ability to direct individual accomplishments toward organizational objectives. It is the fuel that allows common people to attain uncommon results." My passion for communication largely contributes toward my love of collaborative work. In my time at Auburn I have sought out opportunities to contribute personal accomplishments to a larger body of work.
